Breaking NewsAcer might call this "100 smartphone percent tablets 100 percent ..," But something just does not add up there. That being said, we must agree that 1024x480 screen resolution on 4.8-inch smartphone is truly drool-worthy. Clocking in at just slightly smaller than the Dell Streak, this phone here (no names have been given quite finished yet), only revealed at the event Acer Global press conference in New York City. It was only shown briefly, shows an unknown version of Android and the "evolution of Acer UI." Specifications wise, there are 1.3-megapixel camera is front facing, rear 8 megapixel camera (with LED flash), 720p video recording, a six-axis gyroscope and LED edge lighting. Per usual, Acer is keeping the lid on any price estimates, but it will be shipping to customers slit-jaw everywhere in April 2011.
