A while ago we showed you a movie about the Beach Beasts of the Dutch artist Theo Jansen. Probably the Japanese robot technician Vagabond Works inspired this. The natural movements of the giant Beach animals seem suspiciously at least that of its 12-legged walking robot that can carry an adult. The Land Crawler eXtreme, as he affectionately calls his invention will in practice (ie curbs, stairs and other stuff) is not very practical, I can nonetheless appreciate such fabrications.
